Project: Mixed-use corporate headquarters & residential development
Location: Moscow
Brief: 5,000 sq.m office building with 7 duplex apartments and 1 level of underground parking
Completed: October 1997

The brief was to provide a new corporate headquarters building of optimum size and gross to net ratios, in a restricted city centre location, combining both office and residential uses in an efficient manner, and portraying the end user’s multi-national philosophies. The project received the best building award in 1997 and featured widely in local and international press. The building is a simple, functional, blue rectangular block of nine storeys, which contrasts with its surroundings of decorative grey and brown buildings.
