A101 New Town

Part of the extensive A101 masterplan, the New Town sets a benchmark for sustainable communities. Developed in partnership with Jan Störmer Partners, the 500,000 sqm project introduces 4,200 affordable residential units for 10,500 residents.

The layout integrates offices, retail, schools, and amenities into a dense town centre and neighbourhood clusters, minimising external commuting. To support transit, the infrastructure incorporates an optimised parking strategy, a highway link, and a high-speed tramline connecting directly to two adjacent international airports.
