Crouch Hill House

This new family dwelling is planned for a small infill site in Crouch Hill. It occupies the yard of a disused Victorian railway station, nestled between a London Overground line and dense residential terraces.

The house is designed on two levels. An entrance hall and open stairs lead up to a large living, dining, and kitchen space. This space occupies a protruding box with a fully glazed facade overlooking the railway. Below, two en-suite bedrooms and a home office discreetly planned around around a hidden central courtyard.
