Desna Senior Living

Desna Senior Living introduces an innovative, high-density senior housing concept focused on dignity and comprehensive care. The 16,000-square-metre center combines independent living, assisted living, long-term care, and day-care services within a singular, weather-protected facility.

The development comprises two seven-storey residential blocks with 108 independent and 132 assisted units, connected by an elevated communal garden. The project includes public retail spaces, cafes, a wellness spa, and a swimming pool, all available for local schools and residents to use.

The project was Winner of the 2016 PLAN Award, Italy.
