Metz Trade & Expo Centre

The masterplan for the Trade & Expo Centre (ITEC) near Metz, France, delivers a six million square metre retail and logistics hub. Developed by a conglomerate of European and Chinese organisations, the project transforms a 130-hectare brownfield site to serve 500 million regional customers.

Spanning eight levels across four zones, the infrastructure features civic courtyards, four exhibition halls, and a 50-hectare rooftop park. Peripheral towers host offices, hotels, and residences. Internal transit uses travelators and GPS mapping, creating a modern blueprint for global logistics.
